Chicken Satay Kebabs in Asian Wraps

Makes: 5 wraps

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • 1 pkt Lilydale Breast Skewers marinated in a mild satay, infused with sweet coconut


  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tblsp caster sugar
  • 1 Tblsp sweet chilli sauce


  • 60g salad leaves
  • 5 small wraps
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, cut into strips
  • Coriander sprigs
  • 3 shallots, shredded
  • 1 long red chilli, shredded
  • 1 small Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
  • Lime wedges to serve


  1. To cook kebabs, preheat lightly oiled fry pan or BBQ grill to medium heat. Remove Lilydale Breast Skewers from all packaging and brush or spray with vegetable oil. Cook skewer kebabs for 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 75C.
  2. Arrange remaining ingredients on wraps, place over the Lilydale Breast Skewer kebab and serve with dressing.
