Lilydale spiced breast

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes


  • 2 x Lilydale breast fillet packs
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese five spice
  • Olive oil spray
  • Rice to serve
  • Asian greens to serve


  1. Coat chicken in Chinese five spice. Place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray with oil spray.
  2. Bake in 180C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Serve with rice and Asian greens.
