Lilydale spiced breast
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
- 2 x Lilydale breast fillet packs
- 2 tablespoons Chinese five spice
- Olive oil spray
- Rice to serve
- Asian greens to serve
- Coat chicken in Chinese five spice. Place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray with oil spray.
- Bake in 180C preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice and Asian greens.
