We have always been fascinated by the Japanese culture of tea.

For our Japanese style chicken roast, we picked ‘kombucha’. It is a fermented  tea-based beverage  with probiotic and gut-healing benefits. In our recipe, we brewed kombucha with green tea leaves.

We reckon you might like to keep some brew aside to sip on while the chicken roast cooks.

Here’s our super simple recipe of the flavourful Kombucha and Green Tea Chicken with Roasted Vegetables.

Requiring the same prep work as any chicken roast, this recipe will definitely be a talking point at the table.
