Sometimes we forget to press refresh in our cooking. It is real easy. To better suit the rising temperature, simply let go of the richer more dense meals to make room for lighter ones.
The Lilydale Kitchen had been thinking of doing a pomegranate recipe for so long. We waited for the right inspiration to come along. The exotic pomegranate enjoys a fabled place in cultures across the world for its health benefits. Not to mention the vibrant colour and burst of flavour it brings to your plate.
Here's our Moroccan-inspired recipe for clean eating complete with the goodness of chicken tenderloins, chia, baby spinach and pomegranate, of course.
