Renowned Chef Neil Perry has selected Lilydale Free Range Chicken to feature on the menu of the Burger Project, his newest food venture.
For Perry the philosophy behind the project is the importance of provenance and using the freshest, quality meat and ingredients.
Take a trip to World Square, Sydney and indulge in the chicken or spicy chicken burger with a side of crispy hot wings with Sichuan salt and pepper or classic hot sauce.
