Be transported to the streets of the Philippines with our Chicken Pinoy Skewers. Traditionally, the marinade contains banana ketchup and calamansi juice (a hybrid of the mandarin and the kumquat) which can be a tricky ingredients to source in Australia, so tomato ketchup and lemon juice work as perfect substitutes.

The lemonade/beer in the marinade tenderises and adds further flavour to the chicken. These sweet, sticky, barbecued skewers are perfect for entertaining.
