Taste the essence of Asia with our delicious Chicken Spring Rolls whipped up in a hot wok. Beautiful flavours of Chinese 5 spice, fragrant ginger, Thai basil and shitake mushrooms come together well with Lilydale chicken mince. Serve with a plum sauce for that classic sweet and sour finish.
Our little secret is to use two spring roll wrappers while deep frying for that extra crunch. Crispy, moreish and full of flavour - four bites into this spring roll and you will be reaching for another.
